  • What is Ink Fusion's operating hours?
    Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. It is important to submit all orders before 5pm to quality for the estimated time of arrival mentioned on your order. Please feel free to reach out to us via the chat box, phone or email, and we will response to you as quickly as possible.
  • How do I place my order?
    To place an order with Printing Solutions, contact us for a quote and once you’re ready to proceed, send through your press-ready PDF file. After payment the job is confirmed and booked in. After that you just wait for your job to be delivered
  • Can you quickly print my urgent job?
    Yes. There is a flexible dispatch option so for an extra fee, we can priortise your job and place it in front of the queue.
  • Can I change my job after sending the artwork?
    Unfortunately, if you have submitted your approval for the artwork the production process may have already started. Please contract us as soon as possible and we can see if your submission can be modified or cancelled.
  • Can you split one order into two delivery addresses?
    Yes, we can arrange this on your behalf however, please contact our customer service team for more information on how to split an order into two delivery addresses.
  • How can I track the progress of my job?
    Our ordering system allows you to see the progress of your job in real-time. It will start at ‘waiting approval’ and go all the way to ‘packing’. You can also use our live delivery tracking to view the progress of your job from the moment it leaves our door to arriving at yours.
  • How long does the printing usually take?
    It depends on the complexity of the specific job amongst other factors, but the usual turnaround time for most jobs is 2-3 working days. Some jobs can take up to 10 days though, depending on the finishings. All this can be discussed in your initial consultation to remove those unwanted surprises.
